联合国工业发展组织全球方案征集(UNIDO Global Call)是UNIDO推动全球技术合作的倡议和旗舰项目,旨在应对气候变化、推动疫后经济复苏与产业绿色转型,从而实现联合国可持续发展目标,2020年被授予联合国创新奖。目前,UNIDO Global Call已由UNIDO分布全球的ITPO办公室牵头分别在意大利、德国、中国上海、中国北京和韩国举办五届,共吸引来自全球五大洲110个国家的2200余项技术方案参与,甄选了来自世界各地极具创新性的解决方案和可拓展技术项目,为各国在可持续发展提供了良好的示范和案例,在创新技术的可持续应用方面全球影响力巨大。 东华大学上海国际时尚创意学院(SCF学院)作为“UNIDO Global Call 2025 中国项目储备”知识合作伙伴,学院将充分发挥其在可持续时尚、跨学科设计与产教融合方面的领先优势,围绕绿色材料应用、数字化新品共创、低碳时尚传播等关键议题,推动中国原创设计与可持续品牌走向国际,为全球绿色低碳转型注入中国创意与上海智慧。 SCF学院于2014年由东华大学与英国爱丁堡大学合作创办,是经教育部批准设立的中外合作办学机构。学院立足中国、融合国际,采用OBE教育理念与项目研究型教学体系,围绕国际时尚产业的可持续发展,培养兼具设计、技术、营销与传播能力的复合型时尚拔尖创新创新人才。 (时尚新质成果在2024世界设计之都大会发布) 学院聚焦时尚创意学科汇聚产业资源,联合世界自然基金会、国际羊毛局与阿里集团天猫创新中心等权威机构,打造多个产教融合平台,推动数字化共创、可持续社区建设和创新材料推广,建成完整的“产学研”育人体系,成果多次亮相英国爱丁堡国际艺术节、中国国际进口博览会、世界设计之都大会等国内外知名平台。 (师生共创开展COACH CHINA COOL零废弃共创工作营) 学院致力搭建国际化人文交流桥梁,推动国际时尚产业与学术对话,在可持续时尚与智能可穿戴科技服饰领域开展了示范性的实践,荣获中国—苏格兰商业奖教育创新奖、全国中外合作办学杰出贡献奖、上海市育才奖、虹桥友谊奖与多项省部级教学成果奖。学院先后与30余家行业领军企业成立了校外实践基地,荣获上海市经信委颁发的“上海市设计创新中心”,成为上海建设“设计之都”、“时尚之都”的重要力量。 (学院开展时尚未来产业与学术交流创新对话) 学院联手博柏利、蔻驰等国际知名时尚品牌开展聚焦隽永设计、可持续设计的产教融合项目,对产品材料进行创新解构,通过对本土文化及当下生活方式的洞察,将循环理念融入创意实践,合作探索可持续设计创新解决方案。与世界自然基金会联合开展对时尚产业SBTi科学碳目标研究、世界重要农业遗产活化与可持续时尚社区建设、可持续时尚材料研究等项目。 秉持激发可持续创造力的理念,在UNIDO总部和全球十大UNIDO ITPO共同支持下,UNIDO Global Call 2025已由巴林ITPO牵头发起。此次全球征集以“橙色经济 创意未来”为主题,致力于促进创意产业的创新性、创造力和可持续性的发展。活动将聚焦生态环保生产、数字创新以及文化遗产与贸易三大领域,寻找创新解决方案,并特别增设青年学生奖项。 值得一提的是,每年由上海ITPO举办的UNIDO Global Call中国项目储备活动已经成为了中国企业参与国际合作的良好平台,由上海ITPO推荐的技术和解决方案已连续5年斩获Global Call全球单项冠军。能取得这些成就一定离不开众多合作伙伴的大力支持!今年上海ITPO将继续携手政策、知识、产业和创新合作伙伴,支持巴林ITPO举办Global Call 2025。 The UNIDO Global Call is a flagship initiative of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) that promotes global technological cooperation. It aims to address climate change, support post-pandemic economic recovery, and drive green industrial transformation in pursuit of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2020, it was awarded the United Nations Innovation Award. To date, five editions of the Global Call have been held under the leadership of UNIDO’s global network of Investment and Technology Promotion Offices (ITPOs), including those in Italy, Germany, Shanghai, Beijing, and the Republic of Korea. These events have attracted more than 2,200 technological solutions from 110 countries across five continents. The initiative has selected highly innovative and scalable solutions from around the world, providing exemplary models and successful cases for sustainable development, and has had a significant global impact in the field of sustainable technological application. As a knowledge partner of the “UNIDO Global Call 2025 Project Docking in China,” SCF will leverage its strengths in sustainable fashion, interdisciplinary design, and industry-education integration to promote original Chinese design and sustainable brands on the global stage. Focusing on green material applications, digital product co-creation, and low-carbon fashion communication, the college aims to contribute Chinese creativity and Shanghai wisdom to the global green and low-carbon transition. Shanghai International College of Fashion and Innovation, Donghua University–University of Edinburgh Joint Institute (SCF) was established in 2014 as a Sino-foreign cooperative education institution approved by China’s Ministry of Education. Co-founded by Donghua University and the University of Edinburgh, SCF integrates a China-rooted and globally-oriented approach, adopting the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) model and a project-based, research-driven teaching system. With a focus on the sustainable development of the international fashion industry, the college cultivates T-shaped fashion innovation talents equipped with interdisciplinary capabilities in design, technology, marketing, and communication. Centering on fashion and creative disciplines, SCF collaborates with partners such as the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), The Woolmark —— Comany and Tmall Innovation Center (TMIC), to build multiple platforms for industry-education integration. These include initiatives in digital co-creation, sustainable community development, and the promotion of innovative materials. With a —— comprehensive “industry-academia-research” talent development system, SCF’s outcomes have been showcased at international and national reknowed platform such as Edinburgh Art Festival, China International Import Expo(CIIE),World Design Capital Conference(WDCC) and successfully commercialized, positioning the college as a key force in Shanghai’s development as a “City of Design” and “City of Fashion.” The college has joined hands with internationally renowned fashion brands such as Burberry and Coach to launch industry-education integration projects focusing on design for longevity and sustainable design. These projects involve innovative——deconstruction of product materials and incorporate circular concepts into creative practices through insights into local culture and current lifestyles, exploring innovative solutions for sustainable design. It has also collaborated with the World Wide Fund for Nature on projects such as research on the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) for the fashion industry, the revitalization of Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems and the construction of sustainable fashion communities, and research on sustainable fashion materials. With the vision of inspiring sustainable —— creativity, UNIDO Global Call 2025 has been launched by the Bahrain ITPO, with support from UNIDO headquarters and ten ITPOs worldwide. The theme for this year is “Orange Economy, Creative Future” , focusing on the promotion of innovation, creativity, and sustainability in the creative industries. The Call will concentrate on three major areas: eco-friendly production, digital innovation, and cultural heritage and trade. A special award category for young students has also been introduced. Notably, the UNIDO Global Call 2025 Project Docking in China, held annually by the Shanghai ITPO, has become an excellent platform for Chinese enterprises to cooperate internationally. Technologies and solutions recommended by the Shanghai ITPO have won the Global Call's top global awards for five consecutive years. These achievements would not have been possible without the strong support of many partners.
