简介

Yanfei Fan currently serve as the Laboratory Administrator at the Shanghai International College of Fashion and Innovation (SCF), Donghua University. My core responsibility is the overall management of the Fashion innovation Design Laboratory, which includes the implementation of laboratory safety standards, full-life-cycle operation, maintenance and asset management of equipment, as well as laboratory operation skills training for teachers and students—all to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the laboratory.

In terms of teaching, I also take on the task of teaching multiple core professional courses, including Pattern cutting and sewing 1/2/3 and Collection Development. Additionally, I am responsible for the technical practice guidance of extracurricular courses (ECA), helping students transform design concepts into physical works and consolidate their professional practical skills.

My teaching achievements are notable: In 2019, I participated in the Key Undergraduate Teaching Reform Project, and the three bilingual textbooks on Pattern Making and sewing technology that I led the development of were successfully included in the ministerial-level planned textbook catalog for the textile and apparel field during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. In 2021, the Pattern cutting and sewing series courses I teach were awarded the University-level First-Class Undergraduate Course, thanks to their systematic teaching system and remarkable practical effects.
